Mind App is a free Application making meditation easy and accessible. Just take
a few minutes out of your day to mediate, anywhere and anytime – put a smile on
your mind! Meditation is a great way to relive stress and tension, and helping
you have positive thoughts.
This
App based program has been developed by a team of psychologists specialising in
youth/adolescent therapy. This not-for profit initiative gives users 6 free
meditation programs focused on Mindfulness for different age groups from young
children to Adults.
This
App is great tool for those of us with hectic lives, and allows us to take a
break from the chaos to focus on our inner happiness. People with depression or
anxiety have found this app to aid in their recovery and have positive impacts
on the lives of every user.
I
have definitely found this app to bring out a happier, healthier and more kind-hearted
nature :)

would rate this App a 5/5 purely for its overall benefits to the user. Such a remarkable
initiative!
